1) Eligibility & account
You must be legally capable of forming a binding contract. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2) Services & orders
Product/service descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
3) Payments
Payments are processed by third-party gateways. By submitting payment info, you authorize the charge for your order/plan. For subscriptions (if offered), recurring charges will occur as disclosed; you can cancel per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4) User obligations

By posting reviews or submissions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform and our marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or services linked from the Platform.
8) Disclaimer
The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netproo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netproo, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security/legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
12) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13) Changes
We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
