Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; timelines will be shown on the product page.

2) Shipping partners & methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, DTDC. Options (Standard/Express) are displayed at checkout with estimated delivery dates.

3) Delivery timelines

  • Domestic (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and shipping method.
  • International (if offered): 7–21 business days plus customs clearance.
    Delays may occur due to weather, festive seasons, or carrier issues.

4) Shipping fees

Fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and method. Free shipping may apply above [₹X].

5) Order tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates.

6) Address & delivery attempts

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. Carriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts; undeliverable packages may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

7) Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
