Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to make cancellations and refunds straightforward. This policy applies to purchases made through https://netproo.com.
1) Order cancellation
- Before dispatch / service activation: You may request cancellation by emailing info@netproo.com with your order ID. If the order hasn’t shipped or the service hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and process a refund.
- After dispatch / service activation: See Returns/Refunds below.
2) Returns & refunds (physical products, if applicable)
- Return window: Within [7/10/15] days of delivery in original condition with all tags/accessories and invoice.
- Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, downloadable software or licenses once delivered, items marked “final sale”.
- Damaged/incorrect item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange replacement or refund.
- Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
3) Subscriptions / digital services (if applicable)
- Free trials: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Billing cycles: Charges are non-refundable once a cycle starts, except where required by law or in case of documented service failure on our end.
- Pro-rated refunds: Offered at our discretion for downtime or unresolved issues.
4) Shipping fees
Original shipping/handling fees are [refundable / non-refundable] except for damaged/incorrect items delivered by us.
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
